Welcome to LexAptria, accessible via lexaptria.trade, providing real estate transaction documentation services, digital informational products, and tangible goods. By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

LexAptria offers professional documentation services related to real estate transactions, including contract preparation, review, and verification support.

1.1 Cancellation and Transfers

Clients may request a transfer of a scheduled service at no additional fee if the request is submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Each service may be rescheduled once free of charge; additional changes incur an administrative fee.

1.2 Refund Eligibility for Services

Full refunds for service fees are available only if the cancellation request is received before preparatory work begins. To initiate a refund, contact us via contact form with your order details. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.

2. Digital Informational Products

Digital products include downloadable document templates, e-guides, and instructional materials.

2.1 Access and Delivery

Upon purchase, digital products are delivered immediately via download.

2.2 Return Policy for Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final due to the instantaneous nature of delivery. No cancellations, returns, or refunds are permitted once access has been granted.

3. Tangible Goods

Tangible goods include printed manuals, physical forms, and supporting materials shipped to the client.

3.1 Return Eligibility for Goods

Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they remain unused and in original packaging. To request a return, contact us via contact form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective.

3.2 Refund Process for Goods

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
